Before we leave Lagos we drive to the beautiful beach which is situated only 500m behind the campsite. Here we had planned to swim if the weather had been better.

There is something special about Lagos, maybe not as pretty as Tavira, but there are very nice beaches, a beautiful seaside promenade and a fine Yacht harbour. It's a shame that we had such bad weather here.

On our way out, we drive past the new camper park for motorhomes, at the football stadium. We should have parked here instead of Trinidade and left the washing to a laundry place in town. Sometimes we do wrong choices,  that's life!
Why are we stopping again at a pottery? Why do we go into this trap again? But it is a good place to buy gifts!

It was not far to this days destination! Alvor! Another real highlight among all these beautiful little portugesiska villages. Alvor is a picturesque fishing village, but it is growing fast, and the risk is there, the village being destroyed by tourism and summer houses. There are many fine fish restaurants in the village. On the motorhome park we meet M & C again, we do a sightseeing walk in Alvor together and eat dinner at the seafood restaurant. No, I did not eat tuna, i had grilled sardines!
