A transport day.
The night was very quiet and we left Limhamn before ten o´clock. We drove across Denmark without stopping and ate a late lunch after the German border. Early afternoon we arrived at the ferry harbor of Glückstadt, half an hour in a queue and twenty minutes later we were in Wischhafen on the other side of the Elbe river. We did the crossing without the stressing highway through Hamburg and the queues at the Elbe tunnel. After another half hour we stand on the fine camperpark location in the city of Stade. A walk with the dog in a very quiet and dark city, was all we had time for, before we enjoyed a good nights sleep. |
